Schedule a Meeting
If you need to schedule a meeting or need space for a reception, breakfast, or luncheon, please go to https://ala2014midwinter.wingateweb.com/portal/ssoCfp.ww?key and submit your requests.
The request site for exhibitors has been closed, however will be reopened for last minute meeting space requests on November 1, 2013.
Be sure to make note of the new meeting time slots when submitting meetings. Your meeting time will need to follow these new time slots.
Please also note deadlines and rates in the Rate Sheet for further information. There will be a 50% increase in meeting space rates for all requests made after November 1, 2013. Email Yvonne McLean atYmclean@ala.org with questions.
