Registration and Housing for 2014 ALA Midwinter Meeting Are Open!

Did you Bundle?
Bundle Registration is now closed, but if you bundled your registration you will need to first complete your registration profile before you can book housing. Please visit your dashboard link, which can be found in your confirmation email. Registration cancellations must be sent in writing, postmarked by December 6, 2013, to ALA Registration, c/o CompuSystems, PO Box 6271, Broadview, IL 60155-6271. Fax : 708-344-4444. There is a handling fee of $25 for each registration item cancelled, and no refunds for cancellations postmarked after December 6. We cannot offer refunds for Exhibits-Only badges. Refunds are processed after the conference. E-mail: email@example.com
Bundle Cancellation Policy
Written requests for cancellation for the entire Bundle must be postmarked before the Midwinter Meeting deadline (December 6, 2013) to receive a full refund minus $50 for administrative fees.
If you cancel your Midwinter Meeting registration before the Midwinter Meeting cancellation deadline (December 6, 2013), but do not cancel your Annual Conference registration your refund will be:
ALA Member: $95 Division Member: $95 Retired Member: $105
Student Member: $15 Non Member: $150
If you attend the Midwinter Meeting, but cancel your Annual Conference registration before the Annual Conference cancellation deadline (May 2, 2014) your refund will be:
ALA Member: $155 Division Member: $150 Retired Member: $130
Student Member: $52 Non Member: $200
Attendance at this event constitutes permission for your photograph or video to be taken at the event and used for ALA purposes.
Note that registrations using purchase orders are now handled online through the registration system.
